Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design and develop control systems, including pneumatic piping diagrams, electrical wiring diagrams, and hydraulic piping diagrams.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams, including troubleshooting equipment and process failures, and identifying effective counter-measures.
- Project Management: Identify and execute projects to support achievement of departmental business objectives, including process and quality improvements, equipment refurbishment, and line rate increases.
- Documentation and Maintenance: Ensure proper documentation is available and properly maintained for all equipment, including drawings, manuals, and PM schedules.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain current knowledge in fields of expertise, and update management on current status and emerging trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- Experience: 2-4 years experience required.
- Skills: Proficient with application of programmable machine controls hardware and software, proficient with AutoCad, and familiarity with basic electrical standards.
