Salary: $26.50 per hour for 35 hours weekly
- Develop and implement new administrative protocols.
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Manage policies and procedures related to the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in preparing the operational budget and maintain inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Conduct data entry tasks.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Monitor and assess office operations.
- Supervise payroll administration.
- Plan and manage budget and expenditures.
- Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Education: College/CEGEP diploma
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field
Software Proficiency: MS Excel, MS Word
Work EnvironmentConditions: Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Personal AttributesSuitability: Highly organized, strong time management skills, and a collaborative team player.
