Position Overview

Company: F.D. Food Service LTD
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $26.50 per hour for 35 hours weekly

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement new administrative protocols.
  2. Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  3. Manage policies and procedures related to the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
  4. Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  5. Assist in preparing the operational budget and maintain inventory and budgetary oversight.
  6. Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  7. Conduct data entry tasks.
  8. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  9. Monitor and assess office operations.
  10. Supervise payroll administration.
  11. Plan and manage budget and expenditures.
  12. Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Qualifications

Education: College/CEGEP diploma
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field

Technical Skills

Software Proficiency: MS Excel, MS Word

Work Environment

Conditions: Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Personal Attributes

Suitability: Highly organized, strong time management skills, and a collaborative team player.
