Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Cycle Material Manager Technician to join our team at ADGA Group Consultants Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing, warehousing, shipping, receiving, stock control, and disposal of obsolete stock and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Order material from internal and external sources, purchase supplies, and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient stock control.
  • Equipment Handling and Shipping: Receive, handle, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to operational units.
  • Logistical Support: Provide logistical support for various equipment, including weapons locating systems, electronic warfare systems, HP servers, and tactical communications equipment.
  • Equipment Tracking and Management: Utilize DRMIS (Defence Resource Management Info System) to track equipment and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and equipment status.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain relevant technical documentation, including equipment manuals, technical data packages, and other related documents.
  • Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will possess a College Diploma in Electronics, Computer Technology, or a relevant technical field, and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, and equipment logistics.
Requirements
  • Secret Level 2 PSPC Clearance: Must hold a valid Secret Level 2 PSPC Clearance or be eligible to obtain.
  • DRMIS Experience: Previous experience using DRMIS is a strong asset, and experience with SAP modules is also considered.
  • Technical Skills: Must have strong technical skills, including knowledge of equipment logistics, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, operational units, and other external partners.
