About the Role:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the Advocacy and Business interests of Leaders International. Reporting to the Boards of Directors, the CEO will lead the organization in developing and implementing strategic plans, business plans, and tactics to achieve annual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction to the organization
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, business plans, and tactics to achieve annual goals
  • Lead a high-performing team of six direct reports
  • Ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of strategic and business plans

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and leadership, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans. The CEO will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the organization, and will work closely with the Boards of Directors to achieve the organization's goals.
