Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in French.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong leadership and management skills.
