We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our glazing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of glaziers and other production staff
  • Ensure that all production tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our products
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Train and develop the skills of our production staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of our products
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a production environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:

Our production facility is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to work a standard 32.5 hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.

Language:

The primary language of communication in our facility is English.
