Accounting and Finance Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Clerk to join our team at Misteelco Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process financial transactions, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and spreadsheets
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and filing
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including preparing financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and management
- Post-secondary education in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
