- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for easy access to information.
- Documentation: Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Specialization: Experience in managing correspondence and contracts.
- Conditions: Ability to work under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
- Personal Attributes: Must possess excellent multitasking abilities, strong written communication skills, and a high level of organization.
