Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hematologist to join our team at the University of Toronto. As a clinical academic hematologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of hematology research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend on the inpatient General Hematology consult service and potentially the Thrombosis consult service
  • Develop an outpatient practice in Benign Hematology
  • Participate in teaching at the undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing education levels
  • Contribute to clinical research and academic endeavors

Requirements:

  • MD degree and FRCP(C) certification (or equivalencies) in Hematology
  • Eligibility for specialty licensure in Ontario

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $300,000
  • Participation in the department's group medical, dental and life insurance benefit plans
