Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of CT procedures, ensuring optimal image quality, and collaborating effectively with medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute CT scans according to physician orders, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Conduct digital quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of image resolution and accuracy.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure patient comfort and procedural success.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives to stay abreast of advancements in CT technology and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through mentorship and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO).
  • Proven experience in general imaging techniques, including CT scanning.
  • Successful completion of a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) program.
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating CT equipment and achieving exceptional image quality.
