Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide technical support.
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services to existing and potential clients.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and develop marketing and advertising strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
