About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Lead and Motivate a Team

Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.

Prepare Reports and Budgets

Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, as well as prepare budgets and cost estimates to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.

Address Customer Complaints

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in a Food Service Role
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation Procedures
