Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic Helper to join our team at Roadrunner Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our mechanics with various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist mechanics with tool handling, equipment movement, and material transportation.
  • Provide support during surveying activities, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
  • Signal safety protocols to colleagues and the public.
  • Offer assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as needed.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You must be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Personal Qualities and Experience
  • We are looking for a team player with excellent flexibility and reliability.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
