- Order Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise for our gas stations, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of merchandise to customers.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising reports, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, and implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and manage the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
