We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chemical Technician to join our team at JEMS Coating Limited. As a key member of our laboratory operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Environmental Monitoring and Testing: Conduct or assist in air and water quality testing, and environmental monitoring and protection activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Operate Laboratory Equipment: Maintain laboratory equipment, set up chemical experiments, tests, and analyses, and conduct sampling and analysis using chromatography techniques.
- Compile Records and Reports: Compile records for analytical studies and assist in the development of chemical engineering processes, studies of chemical engineering procurement, construction, inspection, and maintenance.
- Ensure Laboratory Safety: Wear safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and a mask to ensure a safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
