Job Title: Chemical Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Technologist to join our team at Premier Marine Canada Inc. in a challenging and rewarding role.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies. This includes developing and implementing sampling and analysis programs, compiling records, and conducting routine tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including batch records and quality control documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, biology, food science)
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing role
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
