About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing product development execution activities, including managing product development costs, schedules, program scope, risk, changes, documentation, status reporting, vendor relationships, and coordinating information with other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product development execution activities, including cost, schedule, and scope management
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Product Management, and Supply Chain to launch new products and feature releases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a product development organization
  • Strong process management skills with experience managing multiple teams on simultaneous product development activities
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS Office Suite, and JIRA/Asana for task tracking
  • Good English communication skills (Mandarin a strong plus)
  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree or training in Agile/Scrum is a strong plus
