Join Our Bakery Team

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at COBS Bread. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality bread products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure the quality and range of bread products meet COBS Bread standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers by adhering to our brand and standards.
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to the bakery team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in baking and customer service is preferred, but not essential as we offer comprehensive training.
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation.
  • Candidates should be willing to work flexible shifts, including overnight or early morning shifts, as our Bakers start work between midnight and 4am.
  • Candidates must be able to lift 25kg.
