Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present bills to customers and process payments
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations to customers
  • Balance cash and record sales transactions
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Schedule and train staff as needed
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
Requirements
  • Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral communication and team player skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week
