Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of our business.
  • Order Merchandise: Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of our products.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
Work Environment:

Our gas station is located in an urban area and is a non-smoking environment with air conditioning.
