What We Offer- Targeted, pre-qualified sales leads across Canada or in your area of license
- A dedicated partner listing site with SEO-optimized leads delivered directly to your CRM
- The ability to work in English or French
- A proprietary platform, FireHub AI, to digitally connect with leads, manage sales, and service clients from anywhere
- Continuous training and support to ensure you're positioned as an expert and become a trusted family advisor
- Sales and administration support to help you close more applications faster and manage clients even when you're on vacation
- The opportunity to build your own team of advisors and grow your business with our support
- LLQP or AMF licensed with at least one year's experience in insurance sales
- A passion for learning and improving your skills to best serve clients' needs
- Drive to succeed, with a focus on clients, sales, and revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to grow and develop your career
