Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Comfort Inn & Suites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Dusting: Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Housekeeping: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Bed Making: Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and clean sleeping area.
  • Linens: Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Disinfection: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Cleaning: Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and hygienic space.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide excellent customer service.
