Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Super 8 Castlegar. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train, and a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
