First Nations University of Canada is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities team as a janitorial assistant. This casual position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our campus facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of routine cleaning duties, including disinfecting and maintaining the cleanliness of washrooms, vacuuming heavy traffic areas, and disposing of garbage. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of classrooms, private and general office areas, laboratory classrooms, boardrooms, stairwells, library, and main access areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. They will also be able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a Grade 10 education and up to six months of janitorial experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment, we encourage you to apply.
