About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at PhotoSat Information Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers, ensuring the best possible prices and terms.
  • Consult with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including awarding contracts and establishing delivery schedules.
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or business administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
