Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate our youth programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of youth programs, including life skills workshops and counseling sessions.
  • Client Support: Provide support to clients with special needs, and assist with daily living activities such as food preparation and household chores.
  • Community Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to promote our services and programs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage program records, maintain accurate statistics, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate, Food Safety Certificate.
  • Security Clearance: Criminal record check.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home.
  • Work Environment: Child welfare.
