**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our Scientific team at Deciem. This full-time and permanent position will be based out of our Head Office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and assemble registration dossiers for product registrations and commercial expansion.
  • Create labels and work instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate stakeholders, including Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, and Commercial Expansion teams.
  • Notarize, legalize, and apostille documents as required.
  • Coordinate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and service agreements.
  • Coordinate trademark applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.
  • Implement processes to standardize and improve workflow, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • Relevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of cosmetic databases, including INCI, PCPC, and CosIng.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, concurrent, and often global projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and QMS applications used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industries.
