Responsibilities
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth operation of the bakery.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and repetitive tasks.
  • Judgement and accurate decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
