Pharmacist Role at Lawtons

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Lawtons, a leading retail pharmacy chain in Canada. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care and exceeding patient expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Patient Counselling and Education: Offer guidance and support to patients and caregivers on new therapies, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and medication regimens.
  • Initiate Care Plans and Document: Develop and implement care plans, documenting patient progress and ensuring accurate records.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with our pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care, participating in professional programs and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Ensure Prescription Safety: Prioritize technical functions, ensuring prescription accuracy and safety, and delegate tasks to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as needed.
  • Stay Current with Industry Developments: Maintain knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide the best possible care.
