We are seeking a skilled Chemical Process Operator to join our team at Evonik. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chemical process equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate chemical process equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor process equipment and instruments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Make control adjustments to maintain product quality and yield.
- Troubleshoot problems and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues affecting safety, efficiency, and product quality.
- Perform routine and non-routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
- College or University Degree preferred.
- Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised.
