Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Secure Systems: You will design and develop large-scale systems within the team, making informed decisions that balance risk and long-term maintainability.
  • Technical Leadership: You will lead technical solutions with high engineering rigor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • System Performance and Security: You will improve system performance, scalability, and security, reducing privacy and safety risks.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will partner with your manager to improve team performance and contribute to building a high-functioning engineering team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Skills: Proficient in Go or Python, with strong problem-solving skills and experience working with key management systems or data encryption.
