Job Overview

Limen Concrete Finishing Corp. is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Construction Labourer. This position involves working in various outdoor environments, including high-rise construction sites.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: On-the-job training provided.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions.
  • Working at heights.
  • Potentially noisy and hazardous conditions.
  • Dusty and varying temperature environments.
Work Setting
  • Multiple job sites.
  • High-rise building projects.
  • General construction locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and handle construction materials.
  • Mix and apply materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist with drilling and blasting operations.
  • Prepare ground surfaces to specified grades.
  • Perform asphalt paving and raking tasks.
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials.
  • Conduct routine maintenance duties.
  • Clear debris and rubble from sites.
  • Manage traffic flow around construction areas.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
