About the Role

We are seeking a Business Acquisition and Integration Analyst to play a key role in international mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will:

  • Handle and organize data to facilitate interpretation
  • Prepare financial projections, model tables, and reports
  • Manipulate financial forecasting models
  • Navigate different accounting standards, laws, currencies, and business processes for each project
  • Conduct strategic investment analyses to determine suitability for the company
  • Participate in due diligence
  • Occasionally travel internationally

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
  • A business-oriented approach
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills
  • Ability to produce complex Excel reports
  • Curiosity
  • Innovation and a willingness to learn new procedures
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication with non-Québec colleagues
