Pilates Instructor

The Rockland Park Homeowners Association is seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to lead a weekly class for our community. This role involves instructing a dynamic and engaging Pilates session, helping participants enhance their strength, flexibility, and well-being.

• Class Instruction: Lead group and individual Pilates sessions, ensuring exercises are executed with proper technique and alignment. Tailor sessions to accommodate different skill levels and individual needs.
• Program Development: Design and update class programs, incorporating a variety of Pilates techniques to keep sessions engaging and effective.
• Client Interaction: Provide personalized guidance, feedback, and modifications to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Build strong, supportive relationships with clients, encouraging their progress and commitment.
• Safety and Technique: Monitor clients' form and technique to prevent injuries and ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively. Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and needs.
• Professional Development: Stay current with Pilates trends, techniques, and certification requirements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Current Pilates Instructor certification and at least two years of experience teaching Pilates.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of participants.
• Must be a reliable, punctual, self-starter with strong work ethic, who is able to work with minimal supervision.
• Successful completion of a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.

Class rate, commensurate with experience.
