Pilates Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to lead a weekly class for our community. This role involves instructing a dynamic and engaging Pilates session, helping participants enhance their strength, flexibility, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Class Instruction: Lead group and individual Pilates sessions, ensuring exercises are executed with proper technique and alignment.
  • Program Development: Design and update class programs, incorporating a variety of Pilates techniques to keep sessions engaging and effective.
  • Client Interaction: Provide personalized guidance, feedback, and modifications to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
  • Safety and Technique: Monitor clients' form and technique to prevent injuries and ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with Pilates trends, techniques, and certification requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Current Pilates Instructor certification and at least two years of experience teaching Pilates.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of participants.
  • Must be a reliable, punctual, self-starter with strong work ethic.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
Compensation:

Class rate, commensurate with experience.
