About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, ensuring that our properties are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure our properties are consistently well-maintained.
  • Estimate Labour and Materials: Conduct thorough assessments to estimate the resources required for various projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and scheduling.
  • Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Oversee the planning, management, and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Tender and Administer Contracts: Identify and secure contracts with reliable vendors, ensuring seamless delivery of materials and services.
  • Procure Materials and Equipment: Source and requisition necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support ongoing projects.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues, offer expert guidance, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance and productivity.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 35-hour workweek.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
