We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Financing Leader to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Personal Banking sector, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and influence the direction of our residential financing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business results and enhance client experiences.
  • Lead a high-performing team of over 680 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and growth in residential financing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least ten years' experience in residential financing, or a master's degree in a related field and at least eight years' experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the Canadian residential financing market and a proven track record of success in this field.
  • Demonstrated strategic vision, leadership skills, and ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
