Position Summary:
We are in search of a proficient and knowledgeable Millwright to enhance our operations. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functionality of our industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to guarantee peak performance.
- Install, disassemble, and assemble machinery in accordance with technical specifications.
- Diagnose mechanical problems and devise effective solutions.
- Utilize precision tools for the alignment and calibration of machinery.
- Fabricate necessary components for installation and repairs.
- Adhere to safety standards while maintaining an orderly work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to enhance operational efficiency.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Certified Millwright 433A ticket.
- Experience with various machinery including screw conveyors, belt conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pumps.
- Familiarity with electrical components is advantageous.
- Experience with boiler systems is a plus.
