Job Summary

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Fleming College Frost Campus in Lindsay, Ontario. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the campus community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interior and exterior patrols to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Monitor and control access to the campus, including security escorts and response to calls for service
  • Provide emergency assistance, first aid, and other interventions as needed
  • Identify and challenge unwanted persons, and relocate them as necessary
  • Evacuate the building in case of an emergency

Requirements

  • A valid security guard license and first aid card
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days and nights
  • A clear criminal background
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • A valid G Driver's license and clean drivers abstract
  • Previous experience in security
