Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team in Mississauga. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing technical support and guidance, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including training and troubleshooting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
