Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at PCS Kitchen Hardware Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Shipping Methods

Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our products, taking into account factors such as weight, size, and destination.

Schedule Distribution

Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to our customers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.

Prepare Shipping Documents

Generate and prepare all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.

Inspect and Verify Goods

Inspect incoming goods for damage or defects, and verify against invoices and other documents to ensure accuracy.

Record Shortages and Rejections

Document and report any shortages or rejections, and take corrective action as needed.

Route Goods to Storage

Coordinate the storage of goods in our warehouse, ensuring that they are properly labeled and accessible.

Affix Shipping Information

Apply shipping labels and instructions to packages, ensuring that they are accurately and securely attached.

Oversee Loading and Unloading

Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that they are handled safely and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
