Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Surecare Industrial Tech TLD. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves are required for this role.
