Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Surecare Industrial Tech TLD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
