About the OpportunityUnder the direct supervision of the Manager Clinical Services, the Pharmacist will engage in providing direct pharmaceutical care to inpatients and outpatients as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include patient counseling, medication monitoring, mentoring students, conducting drug utilization reviews, liaising with Community Pharmacists, and providing education and drug information. The Pharmacist will also participate in any clinical pharmacy research initiatives led by the Clinical Division Manager.

- Graduation from a recognized School of Pharmacy
- Eligibility for registration with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists
- Competencies in additional languages are an asset, with French preferred

$53.24 Hourly
Successful candidates may also qualify for a signing bonus and relocation assistance with a defined Return of Service contract.
