Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

A.R. LOGISTICS 2005 INC. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Train and develop our truck drivers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize our logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and supplies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
