Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Escape Transport Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 delivery drivers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes and activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery operations, including driver performance and vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of company vehicles and equipment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • MS Office skills.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
Work Environment:

Our team works outdoors and in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
