Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales/Delivery Driver. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating new sales opportunities, and delivering products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers, upselling related products, and making customers aware of product promotions.
  • Develop relationships and partnerships with our customers to establish our business as a First Choice Supplier.
  • Analyze our market and champion sales initiatives to increase overall market share and profitability.
  • Process orders, quotes prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information to customers.
  • Restock store merchandise as needed, arrange stock on shelves or racks in sales area, and maintain showroom cleanliness.
  • Drive delivery van to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
