  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

The User Support Technician will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work. The successful candidate will have access to a computer, internet, and other necessary tools and equipment.
