We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support the Mission Canada Campus Worker Lead in strengthening an established missional and discipling community on a university campus. The successful candidate will provide pastoral care to students, encourage growth and maturity in discipleship to Jesus, participate in effective outreach and service to the campus, contribute to community building events, and develop new initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Jesus Christ and His Kingdom in a professional and respectful manner
  • Hold a PAOC credential and have a deep understanding of campus environments
  • Bring a strong background in ministry, with experience in enterprising and resourceful initiatives
  • Be accountable in all areas of work and demonstrate a high level of integrity
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support campus ministry initiatives
  • Meet the requirements for Canadian citizenship
