Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Level Load Freight. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training and Development: Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques to improve overall performance.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of vehicles, including tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
  • Route Planning: Plan and execute routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Communication: Relay information to central dispatch and receive updates on route changes or other important information.
Work Environment

As a Truck Driver at Level Load Freight, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with regular exposure to heavy lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
